At DING we need to make sure you are all happy riders

We want you to be happy with your DING products, we will do our best to ensure you get good service. You will be dealing directly with the inventor of DING, and not an automated robot,  we want to personally understand customer issues and hear their feedback. this way we can only get better.

 

How do I submit a warranty claim for my DING 

Bought it from a shop? Then go directly to that store and they should be able to help you with any issues you may have.

Bought from Dinglights.com direct? Please email us at service@db1.com.au and we will email you a warranty form. Fill out your warranty form details making sure you have all the info filled in just right,  to help us fix or replace your Ding as quickly as possible.

  

What we cover

COVERED: Defective hardware, software faults & factory defects.

NOT COVERED: Wear and tear, gifts, or losing your light to a jealous friend.

 All DING products are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase

 

Proof of Purchase

Please ensure you hang onto your proof of purchase. Take this and the  product back to where it was bought from. Alternatively, mail it to us here at DING to begin the process. Bear in mind this could take some weeks as we’re based in sunny Adelaide, Australia & mail takes a while to get the bottom of the world.

DING warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, or alterations of the fixture.

This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, express or implied and no representative or person is authorised to assume liability on behalf of DING Bike Lights. DING will request the return of product for warranty consideration.

Warranty repairs are completed in South Australia at DING HQ. In all cases proof of purchase will be required.

When sending back the light to us directly, then we do recommend using a tracked service such as DHL , as DING Bike Lights are not responsible for any return that may be lost in the mail, sorry.

Design Brains accept no liability for any injuries or other damages arising from the use of their product in any circumstances. Modification or improper use also deem the warranty void.


Do not attempt to open the case of the light, this will break our factory seal and will void the warranty. Please visit our website for further care and repair information.
 
Do not dispose of the light with Lithium Batteries inside, New battery replacement is possible and is completed only by a DING technician at DING HQ, South Australia.

 

Spare parts & replacement items

Replacement parts are available for straps, pivot clasps, pro mounts, batteries, USB charge cables.
